Best for: early risk reduction and quote readiness

Covers:
- Draft/parting/shutoffs/undercuts risk
- Wall thickness, ribs/bosses, sink/warp risk drivers
- Clear assumptions + “what to change now” list
Tier 2 — Feasibility + Concept Mold Strategy
Best for: “how will this be tooled?” direction before cutting steel
Deliverable: DFM + concept mold strategy package (PDF).
Adds:
- Part orientation and parting strategy direction
- Action strategy (slides/lifters/hand loads) concept
- Feasibility risks (die lock, poor steel, crash, automation concerns)
- Quote-basis assumptions for tool shops
Injection-Ready Part Design (add-on)
